I'm so impressed with the customer service received at Overhead doors!! John came out, measured and did a site inspection before doors were ordered, so we all knew exactly what we were dealing with ahead of time. The doors are beautiful and very high quality. Installation went well and the install team was very friendly and helpful. When I had a question about programming my key pad, the tech guys arrived on time and helped me out. The team at Overhead doors are the nicest every! My house is a new build, and Overhead doors is the only company that didn't frustrated me or make me cry during my build process lol. I definitely recommend them to anyone!

Our garage door motor, displayed smoke and the unit gave out. Overhead Door label was on the machine so they were the ones I called (previous owner left it) I spoke to a gentleman at the office explaining our situation. After a few minutes he came back on the line saying someone would be there between 1-4 that day. What a relief. He explained that probably it was the motor after 15 years. I then received a call from the service telling me they could be there in 15 minutes. They, Dylan and Caleb, arrived before 1:00, assessed the situation and even took it apart to confirm what had happened. They quoted a price, including installation... with no pressure. We jumped at the offer to install. Dylan and Caleb were so efficient and friendly and accommodating. They even programmed our cars in seconds. They were finished in about a half hour then explained warranty, which is excellent and were on their way. Terrific experience with skilled workers. Thank you Overhead Door and particularly Dylan and Caleb. Highly recommend this company.
